Adding Ambassadors to the Database

Your team is always growing, and we can create an onboarding process with you so you can easily host all required documents, brand assets and login credentials all in one step.
Here are the steps to invite BAs to your team on Promomash:
- Click on Set Up (Please contact your admin or our support team at support@promomash.com if you don't see this option on the menu)
- Under the Lists column, click on Brand Ambassadors
- Click on Create Ambassador Icon
- Enter the First name, last name, email and wage
- Feel free to share any documents and then save
- Done!
If you have a large team to add to your database, you can import your team in bulk.
- Click on Set Up
- Under the Lists column, click on Brand Ambassadors
- Click on the options (three dots) to find the menu
- Select Import Contacts
- Download the template Contact_Import_Template (1).csv
- Enter the information for each BA on each row
- Save the file and upload it back to the database
