My Profile Information

The purpose of populating your address and phone number in Promomash is to share that information with your Brand Manager through Promomash. Promomash does not share this information, and it is up to you, as the Brand Ambassador, to help your brand(s) know where you are located so they can schedule you for opportunities in your area.
Each user has a private username and password, which is not accessible to anyone (unless you give it out!) Promomash support can also be available to help, but we try to encourage users to manage the profile information to ensure accurate information.
Follow these steps to update your profile:
- Login to your account
- Click on your name in the upper right corner
- Click Profile
- Click Update Profile
- Enter your contact information (some of the fields are optional)
- Upload a photo
- Scroll down and save
