The "New" Archive and Cancelling Events

Archive is the new Delete

With our "new" archive, you have the ability to archive any event (which takes it out of your data records). But don't worry, you'll always have the ability to recover those events should you want to add them back in for reporting purposes.

  1. For the event you want to change, click the Options (...) button.
  2. Click Archive.

If the archived events were paid, they will remain in Approve & Pay > Payment History. Otherwise, they will be archived and available to recover on the schedule list view (see next steps for more details). Archived events will be removed from Reports, Gallery and Analytics. DO NOT archive an event if you want it to be approved.

Recover / Undo Archive

If you want to recover an event that you archive:

  1. Click the Add Filter button.
  2. Under Event Status, select the status Completed.
  3. Under Archived?, select Yes.
  4. For the event you want to change, click the Options (...) button.
  5. Click Recover.

Cancel Active Events

An active event that is no longer going to happen can now be cancelled. If the event has more than one BA, and one of them has completed the report, then the event cannot be canceled unless the active BA's report is removed. Both BAs should have active event status in order to cancel it.

  1. For the event you want to change, click the Options (...) button.
  2. Click Cancel.

If you want to recover an event that was canceled:

  1. Click the Add Filter button.
  2. Under Event Status, select Canceled.
  3. For the event you want to change, click the Options ... button.
  4. Click Recover.
